These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 0k77. By creating an account or accessing any part of the 0k77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Section 1
General Terms & Acceptance
The following terms govern the entire relationship between you as a registered player and 0k77 as the platform operator. Your continued use of 0k77 constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms in their current form.
Binding Agreement
By registering an account or accessing any service on 0k77, you enter into a binding legal agreement with the platform operator. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and 0k77.
Right to Amend
0k77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of 0k77 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
0k77 operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0k77 is incorporated. By using the platform, players acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in their local jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
1.1 Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services made available through 0k77, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, sports betting (including cricket, table tennis, football, and other sports), instant games, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. All use of the platform — whether on desktop or mobile, via browser or any other access method — is subject to these terms.
1.2 Language
These Terms & Conditions are published and governed in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version of this document and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall take precedence in all cases.
1.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the removal of the invalid provision.
1.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, read together with the 0k77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and 0k77 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, negotiations, warranties, undertakings, and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
Section 2
Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to 0k77 is strictly limited to adults who meet all eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following requirements.
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 0k77. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 0k77 conducts age verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may require documentary proof of age — including a Bangladesh National ID card, passport, or driving licence — before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain platform features.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
0k77 is accessible to players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using 0k77 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. 0k77 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are legal or available in all jurisdictions. Players accessing 0k77 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences that may arise.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one registered account on 0k77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where 0k77 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts are subject to immediate suspension and any balances or bonus funds within those accounts may be forfeited.
2.4 Prohibition on Certain Persons
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 0k77:
- Persons under 18 years of age;
- Employees, contractors, or agents of 0k77 or its affiliated companies, or immediate family members of such persons;
- Persons who have previously been permanently excluded from 0k77 or have had an account terminated for cause;
- Persons residing in jurisdictions where use of the 0k77 platform is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
Your 0k77 account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
3.1 Registration Requirements
To register an account on 0k77, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any detail changes. 0k77 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
0k77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:
- Bangladesh National ID card (NID) — front and back;
- Valid passport showing photo, name, and date of birth;
- Bangladesh driving licence;
- Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
- Proof of payment method ownership (bKash statement, Nagad account screenshot, or similar).
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 0k77 may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions until verification is completed. 0k77 will not process withdrawal requests to unverified accounts above threshold amounts.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 0k77 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP (one-time password) verification for all logins and withdrawal requests, where available. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 0k77 support immediately at [email protected]. 0k77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Accurate Information Obligation
You warrant that all information provided to 0k77 during registration and throughout the account lifecycle is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information — including misrepresenting your identity, age, or place of residence — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on 0k77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 0k77 supports a range of local payment methods to ensure fast, convenient deposits and withdrawals for players across Bangladesh.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit on 0k77 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to payment method restrictions.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within one hour of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers are processed within 24 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may be processed on the next working day.
Payment Verification
0k77 reserves the right to verify the ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to fund the account or that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
No Conversion Fees
All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. 0k77 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. Payment method providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges as per their individual terms.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
0k77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. 0k77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to 0k77 are from legitimate sources that belong to you. 0k77 prohibits the deposit of funds obtained through illegal activity. Any deposits identified as being linked to fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended with all balances withheld pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
In order to submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified under 0k77's KYC process. You must have wagered the equivalent of your deposit at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where 0k77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.4 Unclaimed Balances
Where an account has been inactive (no login, no wager, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, 0k77 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to the account balance. Prior to applying any dormancy fee, 0k77 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via the registered contact details. The exact dormancy fee schedule is available on request from 0k77 customer support.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
0k77 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms below, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion description.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses offered by 0k77 are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion description and must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer.
5.2 One Bonus Per Player
Unless otherwise specified, all promotional offers are limited to one claim per registered player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the creation of additional accounts — constitute bonus abuse and are subject to forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account suspension.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility
0k77 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Bonuses are available only to players whose accounts are in good standing, are fully verified, and have not been identified as engaging in bonus abuse. 0k77 may exclude specific players, regions, or payment methods from promotional offers without prior notice.
5.4 Bonus Wagering & Game Restrictions
Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slot titles, and sports bets placed at low odds may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count towards the wagering requirement and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
5.5 Promotional Changes & Cancellation
0k77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before the end of its stated validity period, 0k77 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players. Any bonus funds credited in connection with a cancelled promotion that have not yet been wagered may be removed from the player's account without compensation.
5.6 Prohibition on Bonus Abuse
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds; colluding with other players to circumvent wagering requirements; and any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal, good-faith gameplay. 0k77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns. Players found to be engaging in such activity will have bonus winnings forfeited and their accounts suspended or terminated.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
All players on 0k77 are expected to conduct themselves in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered accounts.
6.1 General User Obligations
You agree to use 0k77 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its infrastructure or interfere with any other player's use. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when accessing and using 0k77.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0k77 platform:
- Accessing 0k77 if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, spiders, or any other automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture;
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes or circumvent platform rules;
- Using 0k77 as a vehicle for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 0k77 staff, support agents, or other players;
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to the back-end systems of 0k77;
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from 0k77 without prior written authorisation.
6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
0k77 reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to a breach of Section 6.2: immediate suspension of the account pending investigation; permanent termination of the account; forfeiture of all real-money balances and bonus funds; reversal of any withdrawals that have been processed in connection with the prohibited activity; and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
6.4 Reporting Obligations
If you become aware of any other player engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.2, you are encouraged to report this to 0k77 support at [email protected]. Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or 0k77 may close a registered account. The circumstances under which 0k77 may suspend or terminate an account, and the process for player-initiated closure, are set out below.
7.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure
You may request the closure of your 0k77 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and standard withdrawal terms. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days of receipt of a valid request.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from 0k77 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, 0k77 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform. 7.3 0k77-Initiated Suspension
0k77 reserves the right to suspend an account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect or has identified: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or a risk to the security of the account or the platform. During a suspension period, access to betting, deposits, and withdrawals will be restricted pending investigation.
7.4 0k77-Initiated Termination
Following investigation of a suspension, 0k77 may terminate an account permanently where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed. Upon permanent termination for cause, 0k77 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, void any pending bets placed in breach of these terms, and withhold any balance pending resolution of the matter giving rise to the termination. Real-money balances will be returned to the player less any amounts attributable to prohibited conduct, unless the balance is subject to a legal hold or regulatory requirement.
7.5 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether player-initiated or 0k77-initiated — your right to access the platform ceases immediately. All unused bonus funds are forfeited at the point of closure. These Terms & Conditions continue to govern any matters arising from your use of 0k77 prior to the date of closure, including disputes, outstanding withdrawal requests, and any legal claims.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
The following provisions limit 0k77's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform. Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights.
8.1 Platform Availability
0k77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond 0k77's control. 0k77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, game interruptions, or technical failures, including any bets that were placed, in progress, or settled during a period of technical malfunction.
8.2 Game Malfunction
In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, communication failures, RNG failures, or display errors — 0k77 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 0k77 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a game malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.
8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0k77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated profits or winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or any other intangible loss. This exclusion applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
8.4 Third-Party Services
0k77 integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data services. 0k77 does not control and is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or performance of these third-party services. Any dispute arising from a third-party service (including a disputed bKash transaction, a Nagad payment delay, or a game provider technical issue) should be directed to 0k77 support, who will liaise with the relevant third party on your behalf where reasonably practicable.
8.5 Maximum Liability Cap
Subject to applicable law, 0k77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 0k77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.6 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 0k77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your breach of these Terms & Conditions; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; your fraudulent or abusive use of the platform; or any third-party claim arising from your conduct on 0k77.
